Threat Assessment
MODERATE
Midnight Plague is Platinum L17 with 48 wins and a deep veteran core. Previous 2 matchups were blowouts in our favor, but that was 1.5–2.5 years ago. They’ve evolved. Spy data required before upgrading or downgrading this assessment.

LB holds the edge in rank, wins, and longevity. Both factions have reached 50K chains, meaning NITE has the chaining infrastructure to keep up. Don’t underestimate that parity — chain multipliers are the great equalizer.

Key insight: NITE has 33 members at 80+ versus LB’s 30. Their 80–89 tier is twice our size (12 vs 6). LB leads at the very top (16 vs 12 at level 100), but NITE’s mid-high roster is deeper than their Platinum rank suggests. The gap has narrowed significantly since our last matchups.

LB has 49 members below level 60 — over half our roster. These inflate our matchmaking count but will be farm targets for NITE’s 33-deep fighting core. NITE has only 21 below 60, proportionally fewer dead spots. Expect them to be more efficient per-member than the raw headcount suggests.

Two previous matchups, both dominant LB victories. NITE scored just 22% of our output in War #7068 and only 15% in War #15973. However, these are 1.5–2.5 years old. Their roster has changed — 18 members have 1,000+ day tenure, but they’ve also added talent (Sox at L100 joined 144 days ago, Dushane L100 joined 50 days ago, Hunter_Pman L93 joined 281 days ago). This is not the same faction we rolled twice.

= 1,000+ day veteran. NITE has 18 members with 1,000+ day tenure. This is an established, veteran-heavy faction — not a collection of mercenaries. Their “War Lead” designation for ChaosRipper (L86, 534 days) suggests structured war operations. The two “VIP” positions (Titan, -Pestilence-) likely indicate protected high-stat members.

Farm Targets — Below Level 50

NITE has 14 members below level 50. These will be 3.0x FF for most of our fighting roster. Priority respect generators — hit these first when apex targets are in hospital.

Strategic Assessment

The matchup is closer than history suggests. NITE has evolved from the faction we dominated in 2023–2024. Their 80+ roster (33 members) actually outnumbers ours (30). Their 50K best chain means they know how to chain. They have a dedicated “War Lead” (ChaosRipper) and structured command positions. This is a faction that takes wars seriously.

LB’s advantages: More level 100s (16 vs 12), higher rank, more war experience (69 vs 48 wins), and — critically — NEXUS. Our targeting tools, payout systems, and coordinated doctrine are force multipliers that don’t show up in level comparisons. Also: we have 2-for-2 historical dominance that creates a psychological edge.

LB’s risk: 49 members below level 60 who will be farmed freely by NITE’s 33-deep 80+ core. If our low-level members don’t self-hosp or fly, NITE will generate significant respect off them. The defense doctrine is non-negotiable this war.

Bottom line: This should be a win, but it requires the full war prep package — not a casual effort. Spy data will determine whether any of their 80+ players are defensive walls that need apex attention, or whether our top-end advantage is sufficient to steamroll.

Action Items — Pre-War
Critical — Today

Place spy orders on Midnight Plague’s top 25. No spy data exists in YATA. We’re flying blind on their stats. Without crack ratios and FF calculations, we cannot build the Target Finder or Apex Briefing. Order through TornStats marketplace. Priority: their 12 level 100s + ChaosRipper (War Lead).

Critical — Today

Export LB roster from YATA. Faction → Members → CSV. This is the source of truth for our stats. Needed for all matchup calculations.

Priority — Today/Wednesday

Export TornStats backup CSV for LB. Backfill any members showing zeros in YATA. TornStats Faction Page

Priority — Wednesday

YATA onboarding push. Members without stat sharing enabled need to connect before Thursday. Without it, the Target Finder can’t build personalized matchups for them.

Deliverable Pipeline

Once spy data arrives, NEXUS produces the full war prep package:

1.
Threat Assessment Report (full stat analysis, defensive walls, offensive threats)
2.
Target Finder Tool (personalized per-member targeting, HTML)
3.
Apex Briefing (specific assignments for hard-to-crack targets)
4.
War Doctrine + Decision Tree (energy allocation, payout formula)
5.
Newsletter (member-facing comms)

Delivery: Wednesday night → leadership review → Thursday distribution to membership.

“We’ve beaten them twice. They know it. The question isn’t whether we win — it’s how thoroughly we remind them why.”
