Lesson 2: Med Outs · Legitimate Remnants · commitment. communication. culture.

01THE LESSON

A med out is using a medical item — SFAK, FAK, morphine, opium, or a matching blood bag — to leave hospital before your timer expires. Every minute you spend in a hospital bed is a minute you are not hitting, not building distraction for your teammates, and not scoring for the faction. Get out. Get back in. Get the win.

03DOCTRINE

USE THE ARMOURY

LR stocks meds in the faction armoury. Use them — that's what they're for.

MED OUT FAST

Back in the fight faster means more hits, more pressure, more distraction.

BLOOD BAGS MATCH

Only your own blood type — and only after the Intravenous Therapy course.

NEVER WHILE TURTLING

If leadership calls turtle, you stay in bed. Hospital time IS the strategy.

IMPORTANT WARNING: do NOT med out while we are turtling unless leadership specifically instructs you to. Sometimes staying in hospital is part of the war strategy — a bed full of untouchable members gives the enemy nothing to farm. Always follow leadership calls. See Lesson 1 for why we fight as one unit.
NEXUS note: the math above is why leadership treats armoury meds as ammunition, not first aid. A member who med-outs promptly through a war day reclaims hours of natural energy regen that would otherwise tick away in a hospital bed. Multiply that across a 20-member push and the armoury's med stock converts directly into score. Restock requests go to leadership — never ration yourself into silence during an active war.
